CO Group understands the serious issues of Confidentiality regarding the sale of your company.

Your company must be marketed to enough buyers so that you are assured the best price, but without your employees, competitors, or others knowing the company is for sale.

Rest assured that we take this concern as seriously as you. No one knows your company is for sale until we, and you, deem it appropriate. We are especially careful with competitors who might just be interested in gathering information.

Any interested party first signs a Confidentiality Agreement before receiving the 'Blind Summary' on your business. They do not know your name, or the name of your business, until we are ready to reveal that information.
